Ellie 's photographic journey started in school with a disposable camera from the pharmacy. Predominantly self taught, Ellie took a key still course to study film photography at sixth form and then eventually progressed to work digitally when she moved to University of Arts London. Ellie has a unique style. Inspired by old film photography, the approach to her craft is quite old school. Her aim is to capture the moment, therefore using minimal after effects or editing, the rawness of her work encapsulates the beauty of the small moments.
 
Ellie sees the importance of natural moments, and rarely asks people to pose at events.

Ellie will also focus on the details of the event, the decor, the scenery, lighting, to really transport you to the time and space.
